Reward yourself with this magnificent 1986 New York Mets World Series Champions ring, which was presented to Mike Cubbage. In a dramatic 7-game Fall Classic, the Mets outlasted the Boston Red Sox, thanks largely to an extra-inning grounder by Mookie Wilson, that got through Sox first baseman Bill Buckner. A crown jewel from this historic World Series, this size “10” ring was presented to Cubbage in thanks for his service as skipper of the AA Jackson Mets, who he led to the Texas League finals in 1986.

Crafted in 10K gold, this glimmering ring has a total weight of 53.7 grams, as verified by a professional jeweler. Set at center on the face, is a round brilliant diamond in a blue field, ringed with diamond chips. The diamonds range G-H in color, and their clarity is VS-2. Encircling the diamonds, is the legend “1986 World Champions”, in relief lettering. The right shank bears the name “Cubbage”, above a Mets 25th Anniversary logo. Seen on the left shank, is “Mets” in cursive lettering, followed by the World Series trophy, and the legend “116 Wins”. Engraving inside the band reads "LGB 10K". Obtained directly from the estate of dedicated career baseball man Mike Cubbage, this fantastic ring stands ready to grace your collection in high style.
