Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. John Wesley "Boog" Powell blasts an unfortunate pitch into the stratosphere with the offered 1968 Topps 3-D sample. This card of the Oriole slugger is the least number of examples graded in the entire set, with only twenty having been evaluated by the grading service. Bright surface registration and clean borders are attributes of this scarce Test card.
